The daily figure is a comparison, not a plan. Billing is monthly or annual. Paying for the year gets twelve months for the price of ten. All prices are shown ex VAT. When paid tiers launch, iOS users will subscribe through the App Store using Apple In-App Purchase. We will notify existing users before any plan becomes paid.
Running multiple locations or a larger team?
We are designing a multi-site offering for groups, chains and enterprise operators. If you run more than a handful of sites, we would like to talk to you directly.

- Is ShopRunner free during early access?
- Yes. The Lite plan is free forever, and the paid plans below preview our future tiers - they are not active yet. Every user is on a free early-access plan during this period, and we will notify you well in advance of any change.
- What does 'active items' mean?
- An active item is one currently being tracked on your shopping list. Items you have completed, archived or deleted are not counted. The Runner Plus plan removes the cap entirely.
- Can I add more team members?
- Yes. Both plans include unlimited staff. We do not charge per user.
- Do you support multiple locations on one plan?
- Each plan is designed around a single location. Operators with multiple sites can run a plan per location. We are designing a multi-site bundle for larger operators - reach out if that's you.
- How does payment work when the paid tiers go live?
- iOS users will subscribe through the App Store using Apple In-App Purchase. Other regions and the web dashboard will use card billing. You will not be charged without confirmation.
- Can I cancel any time?
- Yes. There is no commitment - you can cancel at any time from your billing settings. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
