Engineering
TypeScript, Postgres, Hono, Next.js on the backend and web. Flutter on mobile. Offline-first sync, real-time pipelines, large catalogue search. You will own systems end-to-end, talk to customers regularly and ship to production from week one.
Product
Operators-first product thinking. You will sit alongside the founders, scope work directly from customer conversations, and drive each release from idea to live without a stack of process between you and the user.
Growth & partnerships
Wholesalers, distributors, trade bodies, integrators. You will own the relationships that turn into the integrations that make ShopRunner irreplaceable for an operator.
Customer success
First conversation, onboarding, expansion. You will be the operator's voice inside the company and the company's voice on the shop floor.
