Owner
The legal owner. One per business. Has owner-only actions like ownership transfer and billing.
Admin
Owner's right-hand operator. Full operational control without ownership rights.
Manager
Day-to-day operational lead at the shops they're added to.
Staff
The default role — items, scanning, lists in shops they're added to.
Buyer capability
Buyer is a capability, not a role — unlocks the Buy tab on top of any role.
