Admin
Owner's right-hand operator. Full operational control without ownership rights.
Owner's right-hand operator — full operational control without ownership rights.
What Admins can do
- Everything Manager can do
- Invite, edit and remove staff (except the business owner)
- Manage suppliers and favourites
- Edit business settings — name, industry profile, departments
- View subscription / billing details
What Admins can't do
Admins have full operational power, but a few things stay with the Owner alone:
- Modify the business owner's membership
- Transfer ownership
- Delete the business
- Pay for or change the subscription
Admin is business-wide
Unlike Manager and Staff (which can be set per-shop), Admin is always applied at the business level. You can't give someone "admin of one shop only" - that's a Manager assigned to that single shop. Admin means "full operator across the whole business".
When to give someone Admin
- A partner or family member who helps run the business with you.
- A long-term operations manager you trust with hiring decisions, supplier relationships, and shop changes.
- A second pair of hands during busy seasons so you don't have to be the bottleneck for every staff change or shop tweak.
How to assign Admin
- Open Menu → Manage → Staff and tap the person.
- Open the Edit org sheet for the business and pick Admin as the role.
- Save - they'll get a push notification about the role change.
